  • What can you help me with?

    I’d like to help you stop the stress loop and reduce your exhaustion so you can get back to living. I want you to have a life that allows you freedom, peace, joy and happy relationships with the people you love.

  • What can I expect if I sign up for coaching?

    The coaching I offer is typically 6-8 50-minute sessions. The sessions can be done weekly or bi-weekly. I have a protocol that we will work through together. My protocol will give you a holistic view on taking care of your burnout or high sensitivity trait. We are not beholden to the 6-8 sessions though. There is flexibility in adding sessions if that makes sense for you.

  • What can I expect if I sign up for a consultation?

    A consultation is a one-time 50-minute session with me. Consultations are helpful if you have a specific problem in regards to burnout or being highly sensitive that you would like to solve. I’ll ask that you let me know ahead of time what you are hoping to accomplish so that our consultation can be solution-oriented.

  • Do I need to live near you to see you?

    No, I actually only offer coaching online at this time making it easy to do coaching with me from anywhere! Something to keep in mind is that I live in Eastern Standard time.

How much does a coaching session cost?

$175 per 50-minute session

How much does a one-time consultation cost?

$175 per 50-minute session

I see that you are a therapist. Is coaching the same as therapy?

No, coaching is not the same as therapy and as your coach, I will not be doing therapy. My coaching is designed to help specific, non-medical issues. We will be focusing on your present issues while trying to give you a better future. While I bring therapeutic value to every aspect of my life, my focus as your coach is different from how I show up in the therapy room.
